Ever wonder the importance of self-expression? Just looking to experience a variety of ways to express yourself and your identity? Join the 4-H Self-Expression SPIN Club! Youths ages 9 and up in the greater Lansing area will explore self-expression through various art activities such as painting, writing, musical expression, poetry, photography, and so much more at the Salus Center, Lansing's LGBTQIA+ community center.

This club will focus on the importance of expressing oneself, including thoughts, feelings or emotions, in a positive and productive way. There are many different creative ways that people can express themselves and this club will introduce a variety of these. The hope is that each participant will find an avenue (or multiple avenues) of expression that work for them and allow them to process the complexities and challenges of being their unique and authentic selves.

Ages: Open to all youth ages 9 and up (age on January 1, 2021)
