Congratulations for making the decision to apply to be a 2022 4-H State Award Delegate. A 4-H State Award is the highest honor bestowed on a Michigan 4-H member. 4-H State Award winners become part of an elite group of 4-H youth who have demonstrated the highest level of excellence in learning, leadership, and service.

The following workshops have been especially designed for individuals interested in applying for 4-H State Awards (both Juniors and Seniors):

Mock Interviewing and Tips: Learn 10 tips for a successful interview, practice answering questions in small groups and get both positive and constructive feedback. Questions or need more information, contact Kathy Jamieson-jamies13@msu.edu
