This workshop, conducted at a commercial dairy processing plant, will teach participants how to make cheese by having them make hard and soft cheeses. The workshop will consist of both classroom and lab sections and be led by experienced cheesemakers.

Registration Fee

The registration fee of $435 per person includes tuition, resource material handouts, workshop supplies, cheese tasting and lunch each day. All other meals and snacks are on your own.


Wednesday, August 17: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday, August 18: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday, August 19: 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
