Honey Bee Brood Diseases and Varroa at Seven Ponds Beekeepers Meeting

Join Seven Ponds Beekeepers for a beekeeping presentation by Apiculture Extension Educator Ana Heck on evaluating honey bee brood frames. Learn about manage varroa mites and brood diseases such as European foulbrood, American foulbrood, and chalkbrood.
Weather permitting, the club will hold a hive inspection demonstration at 5:30 p.m. The club's meeting will start at 7:00 p.m., and the presentation on evaluating honey bee brood frames will begin around 7:30 p.m.
Seven Ponds Beekeepers meetings are open to everyone, including non-members. Beekeepers and those interested in getting started with beekeeping can find a local beekeeping club in Michigan.
