Every Wednesday for 6 weeks beginning March 20th 

Class Description:

Through a six week program, Cooking Matters empowers families with the skills to stretch their food budget dollars and cook healthy meals so their children get nutritious food at home. Cooking Matters classes include hands-on food preparation, and provides cooking and food safety instruction. It also provides practical tips for making small changes in our lifestyle that can add up to make a big difference in our overall health.

At each class, participants will receive groceries to practice making healthy recipes at home, as well as other free giveaways!
