WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Elected and appointed officials at all levels of local government, as well as interested local government staff and residents.
MSU professor Dr. Shu Wang will present on the impact of state and federal politics on local government. The webinar will touch on issues from mandates from state and federal government to local, how much of local funding comes from state and federal government, and how local units are impacted by things like a federal government shutdown. The webinar will be approximately 1 hour, including time for questions and discussion.
