Diabetes PATH is a helpful workshop designed to support individuals managing their diabetes. Over the 6 weeks course, participants learn how to deal with difficult emotions, develop a healthy eating and exercise plan, set goals, problem solve and many more useful self-management skills. PATH is a 6-week workshop. PATH takes place in casual, group setting. Participants meet for a couple of hours, once a week for 6 weeks. You'll take part in discussing diverse issues affecting diabetes self-management and have the opportunity to try free, supportive techniques for improving your blood sugar management.
