Dining with Diabetes is a fun and interactive series for individuals with prediabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, their friends and family, or anyone interested in learning more about healthy eating and diabetes prevention.
Participants will learn how to make healthier food choices and plan balanced menus. Participants will also sample several of the delicious recipes found in the class book.
Session 1: Prevent Diabetes Complications (March 14)
Session 2: Carbohydrates and Sweeteners (March 21)
Session 3: Fats and Sodium (March 28)
Session 4: Vitamins, Minerals & Putting It All Together (April 4)
