Eat Healthy, Be Active is a six lesson series, with each class lasting one hour. This program promotes health and can help to reduce the risk of obesity and chronic disease. Topics include: quick, healthy meals and snacks, eating healthy on a budget, and tips for losing weight and keeping it off.

 

This specific program is part of the Prescription for Health grant, a partnership between Munson Healthcare, District Health Department #10, and MSU Extension.
