A social and interactive program series to increase eating fruit and vegetables, and increase physical activity. Participants aged 55 and older will gain the skills needed to make healthy behavior changes.

Each class will consist of: 30 Minutes of Physical Activity (low mobility), 20 Minutes of Nutrition Information, 10 Minutes for Q & A, 60 Minutes Dedicated to Your Health

Six Mondays: March 29th, April 5,12,19,26, & May 3rd, from 1:00pm -2:00pm 

 LOCATION:  Zoom   email will be sent prior to first session with Zoom information and course material
