Join the MSU Product Center and Michigan Good Food Fund teams along with attorney, Pamela Mack, Mack Law Group, to learn about legal considerations for food businesses. This session will provide an introduction to some of the laws governing the food industry for those seeking to establish or expand a food business in the State of Michigan. Topics include licensing, a discussion of cottage food businesses, and choosing an appropriate business structure.
