Overcoming new challenges to the dairy industry through innovative research and education in the dairy sciences

Dr. Matt Lucy is Professor of Animal Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Dairy Science. He received a B.S. from Cornell University, an M.S. from Kansas State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Florida. Dr. Lucy’s current research program examines the physiological processes regulating fertility in dairy cows and explores practical methods that evolve from this research.


All guests are invited to attend a reception immediately preceding the seminar in Rm 2315 Anthony Hall, starting at 12:00 pm and concluding by 2:00 pm. Please RSVP to Robbyn Davenport if you plan to attend the reception.


Visitors may park in Lot 39 across from the International Center and pay to park at the kiosk located within the lot. Pay kiosks accept cash or credit card. The fee is $0.90/per half hour http://maps.msu.edu/interactive
