Healthy Choices for Everybody encourages adults to learn to cook and eat healthy on a budget.
Participants will try some delicious recipes all while using some great money-saving tips!
Topics include healthy cooking, food safety, healthy affordable meals, shifting to healthy choices, better beverage choices, and planning for 1 or 2.
