As the COVID-19 pandemic crisis continues to create uncertainty in our lives, we may find ourselves having decision-making fatigue or having trouble making decisions about things that we do all the time. In this webinar, we will define burnout, explore the stages of burnout, and explore steps to minimize burnout to help us healthfully continue to navigate these uncertain times. Burnout affects us mentally and physically which directly affects both our work and personal lives. Learning the signs and how to work toward health is a positive way to promote workplace well-being.
