Join MSU Extension Food Safety Educators at the Jackson County District Library Garden to Table preservation workshop. Learn about good gardening and harvesting practices to ensure safe produce from your gardens this harvest season. The importance of how and when to safely rinse your fresh produce will also be shared along with preparing and  preserving tips to keep your produce from going to waste.
