Start your day with movement in the beauty and solitude of Hidden Lake Gardens.  In this slow flowing class focused on practicing safe physical alignment, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques, you will improve overall strength, mobility, flexibility, and spinal health.  Release metal and physical tension leaving class with greater focus, presence, and body awareness.  This vinyasa optional class uses sun salutations along with foundational yoga postures to move your entire body in all directions.  Class is taught to suit everyone from beginner to the more experienced encouraging students to honor and understand their own unique body.  Moving at your own pace, learn to challenge yourself in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.  Feel free to come anytime to this drop-in class.  Just bring your own yoga mat and arrive a little early to register and pay at the gift shop in the Visitors Center.  For more information, contact Rita Adams (call/text 517-270-1977 or email Cost:  $10 per class / $5 HLG entrance fee for non-HLG members.  No yoga on Thanksgiving Day.
