Join MSU Extension at the Marilla Township Hall with the Manistee County Council on Aging for a presentation on nutrition for older adults. Participants will learn how to read and decode a nutrition facts label, discover the importance of eating fruits and vegetables and how much we should be eating each day, and try out easy exercises for everyday use.  Participants will walk away with recipes, tips and tricks for eating more fruits and vegetables, and ideas for moving more!
