Sharing your Story: Tips for drafting a DEI Statement

Annually, the CANR Community documents our academic and professional accomplishments as part of our performance review. In the review process, we are often required to include a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) statement that highlights commitments, capacities, and values that advance the institutional DEI goals.  This first Tuesday session will review resources that will aid in crafting your DEI statement.

First Tuesdays

These monthly discussions are open to all though are geared toward graduate student concerns.

First Tuesday events are an opportunity to hear from diverse scholars and professionals from the agriculture and natural resources industry, government and higher education disciplines speak about their own career and life paths, as well as their research, work or opportunities in a variety of fields.
