March 23: Importance of Outdoor Play

Learn why outdoor play is important, what to do to increase the interest of kids that are reluctant to go outside, and how to make the playground experience more meaningful. We will also discuss techniques for creating engaging and responsive interactions between adult and child.

Extension Extras Parenting Hour is a free online series of parenting workshops that provides guidance for parents of young children as they navigate the joys, challenges and concerns of parenting.
