Learn how current research projects at the UPREC North Farm could apply to your vegetable operation: An organic weed management trial using a range of mechanical cultivation tools and vegetable variety trials evaluating cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, squash, and carrots for the local food economy. You’ll have the opportunity to try cultivation tools, participate in a veggie tasting, chat with researchers, and discuss how the season is going with other farmers!
