Portrait of Mike Peterson

Please join us for this exciting lecture with Mike Peterson from Visionary Design Marketing.

The Science in Design program is committed to helping architects, interior designers, and home builders understand their ability to improve the health of their clients through the use of beauty, nature and fine design.

Neuroscience and the medical industry, for the last 35 years, have been documenting the emotional, physical and health benefits generated by beauty and design. The convergence of science and design, neuroaesthetics, is fueling this new realization.

Science in Design is founded in studies by Johns Hopkins University, the Mayo Clinic, Boston Architectural College, Universities of Oregon, Waterloo (CA), Texas and multiple global esteemed institutions. The primary elements of Science in Design include the study of: Biophilia, neuroaesthetics, new technologies that measure neurological responses, colors of health, understanding the unconscious mind, and classic patterns and fractal fluency.
