ServSafe Manager Certification. Food establishments in Michigan require a certified food safety manager. This course provides education to successfully pass the ServSafe Protection Manager Certification exam. Through ServSafe participants learn how to help prevent foodborne illness throughout the flow of food and set up food safety management systems.
