Mindfulness can be defined as paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. Research has shown that practicing mindfulness is effective in reducing stress-related symptoms such as worry, depression and physical tension, and may be helpful in managing chronic conditions.

Stress Less with Mindfulness teaches and encourages the use of mindfulness self-care skills to help you feel better and enjoy life more.

This Zoom workshop session will meet LIVE on the following Thursdays: 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24 from 9-10 a.m. OR from 3-4 p.m. 
Morning sessions will be repeated in the afternoon, so if you need to miss one session, you may join the other!

Together, we will discuss:   

Week 1: Mindful Breathing (Begin with a Breath)
Week 2: Mindful Eating
Week 3: Mindful Walking and Thought Surfing
Week 4: Mindful Thinking (Be Kind to Your Mind)
Week 5: Mindful Laughter (Laughter is the Best Medicine)

Cost: Sessions are FREE. You will not be charged. You do not need to provide credit card information to participate.
Once you complete registration, you will receive an email confirmation with additional information on the workshop and the Zoom meeting link.
