Stress Less with Mindfulness teaches and encourages the use of mindfulness self-care skills to help you feel better and enjoy life more.
This Zoom workshop session will meet LIVE on the following Thursdays: 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24 from 9-10 a.m. OR from 3-4 p.m.
Morning sessions will be repeated in the afternoon, so if you need to miss one session, you may join the other!
Week 1: Mindful Breathing (Begin with a Breath)
Week 2: Mindful Eating
Week 3: Mindful Walking and Thought Surfing
Week 4: Mindful Thinking (Be Kind to Your Mind)
Week 5: Mindful Laughter (Laughter is the Best Medicine)
Once you complete registration, you will receive an email confirmation with additional information on the workshop and the Zoom meeting link.
