Stress Less with Mindfulness teaches and encourages the use of mindfulness self-care skills to help you feel better and enjoy life more.
This Zoom workshop session will meet LIVE on the following Tuesdays: 10/6, 10/13/, 10/20, 10/27, and 11/3 from 10-11 a.m. EST.
Week 1: Mindful Breathing (Begin with a Breath)
Week 2: Mindful Eating
Week 3: Mindful Walking and Thought Surfing
Week 4: Mindful Thinking (Be Kind to Your Mind)
Week 5: Mindful Laughter (Laughter is the Best Medicine)
