Stress Less with Mindfulness - Teens

What is Mindfulness? According to Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, "Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally."
Practicing mindfulness can bring improvements in both physical and psychological symptoms as well as positive changes in healthy, attitudes and behaviors.
Lessons will include:
- Beginning with Breath
- Mindful Eating
- Laughter is Good Medicine
- Be Kind to Your Mind
- Mindful Walking
Classes will be held from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM on Mondays only, February 4, 2019 through March 4, 2019.
This is a closed group class series.
