Interested in learning more or taking action to live more sustainably? Consider attending the Sustainability Speaker Series. This series is offered virtually and will be held monthly on the second Tuesday from September to December 2024, from 12 to 1 p.m. (ET).

This engaging lunch-and-learn format highlights several key themes, offering fresh insights and practical strategies for fostering a more sustainable future.

Continuing on October 8, 2024, Claire Mahler, the owner of 86 Plastic in Troy, Michigan, will present on the topic of "Refilleries: Reducing Your Waste Footprint." Claire will discuss how refilleries promote a sustainable lifestyle by reducing single-use packaging waste and encouraging the reuse of containers, thereby lessening the overall waste footprint.
