Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a program to improve health and wellness. Tai Chi is a graceful, low-impact form of exercise that can improve balance, strength, mobility, and quality of life. It can also reduce stress, risk of falls, and help manage pain from arthritis. Combine gentle movements to practice weight transference and movement control in this safe and easy to learn program.
