Webinar: NRCS Code 336: Selling More Compost to Farmers

The USCC will be hosting a webinar this month focused on how farmers and ranchers can work with NRCS to create a conservation plan that includes compost application and how that qualifies participants for reimbursement through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).

Our Moderator will be Calla Rose Ostrander a strategic advisor to individuals and organizations dedicated to the well-being of people and the planet. She specializes in organizational development, strategic planning, climate change and agricultural policy, science communications, and fundraising. Since 2013 Calla Rose has supported the advancement of climate beneficial agriculture and compost production throughout the United States. She is currently the co-founder and managing partner of an impact investment fund, Terra Regenerative Capital, where she deploys capital to scale regenerative agriculture, secure our food system, and rebalance the climate.
