Wits Workout provides activities for older adults to challenge their memory, recall, and problem-solving skills in an online group setting. This eight-week workshop will meet weekly on Mondays from 1:00-1:30 pm ET from January 23 through March 13, 2023. Each week a different brain health topic is covered. Join us for as many sessions as you would like. You do not have to attend all sessions.
