An experienced Michigan State University Extension food safety educator will teach this class on canning and freezing – two common methods of preserving food. Handouts and resources for reference will be provided.

The cost of the workshop is $15. Registrations fees for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program participants will be waived upon verification at check-in.
