Cancelation Policy

  • Full refund if canceled by December 29, 2023.

  • Refund minus $300 late cancelation fee if canceled on December 30, 2023 onwards because of expenses already incurred by the organizers.

  • Participants who can no longer attend may transfer their registration to another participant (e.g. a colleague) free of charge at any time rather than cancel the registration.
