What is Food@MSU?

What is science communication and why is it important?

Science communication is clearly explaining complex research in a way that is easily understood by the general public. It involves listening to and working to understand consumer wants and needs. Establishing strong science communication skills is key to making research applicable and useful to a wider audience.
