Building Trust

Define what trust looks like on your team and establish shared commitments so people can work together more openly and effectively.

This session explores what trust is, what builds it, and what breaks it in real workplace settings. Participants reflect on their own experiences of trust, identify patterns that strengthen or erode it, and engage in conversation about what it takes to create more open and honest working relationships.

Through guided dialogue and a facilitated activity, teams develop shared agreements for how they want to show up and work together. Grounded in the concept of “brave space,” this session recognizes that trust is not about perfection or comfort, but about creating conditions where people can be real, take risks, and grow together.
