Member Enrollment Information

4-H enrollment is open on a rolling basis, but all members re-enrolling must do so by Dec. 1 (4-H Online instructions) and all new 4-H members must be enrolled by May (4-H Online instructions) to participate in the Ionia Free Fair.

Any youth aged 18, 19 or 20 at the time of a 4-H event who is planning to attend as a participant must fill out the Background Check Form. At least one reference check and a criminal history check will be conducted in accordance with the Michigan 4-H Youth Programs Youth-Adult Housing Policy for 4-H Overnight Events. Volunteer Leader Information

Volunteer Applications Forms are accepted on a rolling basis.

For more information on the Volunteer Selection Process please follow this link. Once the completed forms are sent to our office, we will begin the necessary steps for you to attain your leader status.
