Associate Designer
RootBound is a custom landscape design and project management company. We mostly work in the high-end
residential market along Lake Michigan. We are a small team of designers looking to add talent to our collective. A landscape designer or landscape architect with experience and creativity is our main need. We have a small, friendly work culture, are flexible and have a passion for beautiful spaces. We are looking for a good fit in personality or philosophy equally to the list of skills on a resume.

High levels Adobe Suite proficiency
3D Renders – Twinmotion or other
Photography + Editing
Creative Marketing / Business Ideation

Website, marketing and social media
Assist lead designers in their daily tasks

Pay and Hours:
38-42 hours a week
Remote work negotiable
Pay commensurate with skills (22-30an hour)
10 days PTO
6 traditional US holidays
