HORTICULTURE AND GARDEN MAINTENANCE CREW LEAD

Looking for experienced, motivated, expert horticulture and garden maintenance artisan to lead one of our high-quality, creative, horticulture and garden maintenance teams doing greenscape installations, bed refurbishments and horticultural maintenance - and whatever else we can imagine with our customers.

Must have the following experience, knowledge or skills:

Minimum 5-7 years of full time horticulture work, preferably in residential high-end landscape projects. At least

1-3 years leadership experience.

You must be a trusted leader, able to handle yourself and your teams professionally, engage with clients, work collaboratively with production manager, designers, and owner.

Clean driving record and drug-testing required
