Requirements

MAJOR TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with our customers.
Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
Create and build strong relationships with them.
Recognize customer needs.
Work in a consultative role to provide tailored solutions to meet the requirements of the customers by presenting key selling points, features and benefits.
Provide customers with advice on product selections.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Want a future.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Two (2) or more years of experience in customer service.

Additional Qualifications:

Good listening and organization skills, multitasking abilities and strong telephone etiquette.
Has a sense of responsibility and is able to enlist the aid and support of other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ability to explore alternative solutions to reach outcomes that gain all parties support and acceptance.
Problem solving ability, including ability to quickly determine solution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
