The Role: Altman Plants is looking for an Internet Fulfillment Manager based at our Loxahatchee, Florida location to fill an excellent leadership position within our energetic and progressive team.  The ideal candidate will play a significant role within an expanding site in the West Palm Beach area of Florida.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Florida Division’s internet fulfillment efforts, which includes responsibility for the on-going order fulfillment, sales volume analysis, and inventory systems to support internet fulfillment goals and objectives
  • Manage communication chain with production and warehouse teams as well as corporate internet marketing and sales departments to provide customer order fulfillment in a precise and timely manner
  • Implement standard operating procedures and best practices to optimize quality and delivery time
  • Guide, train, manage and schedule order processing and packaging employees to meet order volume needs
  • Manage inventory levels of all packaging materials and communicate with vendors regarding purchases as needed
  • Coordinate and communicate the production plans with all internal staff as required to support customer service and sales needs

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong organization and computer skills, and experience with Amazon vendor and seller portals
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on an e-commerce platform
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to develop and manage large data sets
  • Strong and sound judgment
