Landscape Foreman & Crew Positions

Willow Outdoor Professionals, LLC is a landscape services company in the greater-Lansing area. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to be a part of our growing team of outdoor professionals. Must be dependable, have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, have strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to work safely and efficiently. Training will be provided, however, prior experience with a commercial landscape company is preferred.

Must possess the following qualities:

Motivated, positive, hardworking and dependable crew member.
Punctuality and reliability a must.
Energetic, motivated, strong work ethic and team oriented.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Basic skills and ability to perform manual labor.
Must have the ability and desire to improve job knowledge, skills and versatility.
Ability to take direction, but also able to think on your feet to continue job progress.
Must have the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
Long hours may be necessary with production schedule and weather variables.
Hourly pay is based on experience and/or work-ethic.
