Milosi offers 10 to 12 weeks of incredible internship experience just outside Music City!

We offer diverse activities throughout our program, allowing you to customize the internship to match your career aspirations.

A keystone of our internship experience is the inclusion of an elective where you choose your focus. During the design portion of your internship, you will have exposure to base map preparation, site analysis, planting, hardscape design, drafting, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion 3d rendering. Did we mention that you get to work with one of our award-winning designers?

Within our maintenance sales department, you will work alongside our client relationship managers, providing you with real-life experience of working directly with a high-end clientele. Within the maintenance operations team, you will work with industry veterans to maintain luxury landscapes.

 Within our construction department, you will gain hands-on experience installing hardscapes, pools, plants, and perennials with mentorship from experienced crew trainers.
