Responsibilities will include: using RNA-sequencing coupled with gene regulatory network analyses and functional validation will be used to study how plants (Arabidopsis, selected crops) respond to nutrient starvation. Skills in compiling, analyzing and summarizing results in preparation for writing reports, manuscripts and articles for publication and incorporating results into presentations is required. Duties will also include coordinating with graduate students as needed and overseeing undergraduate students who will be working on these projects.
Exceptional candidates from all areas of Plant molecular physiology, plant mineral nutrition, or computational biology-related field will be considered.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Plant molecular physiology, biochemistry, or computational biology -related field. The Ph.D. must be completed at the time of employment.
