Brassi is brought to you by Taylor and Jacqueline, two friends turned co-founders. Brassi’s roots began when we made “cauli oats” in our kitchen. Our tasty recipes caught on among friends and family, and we knew we were on to something! Together we set out to build the perfect bowl to share with the world; it’s healthy, tasty, and convenient to make. Let’s #eatbrassi together.

We sell cauliflower oatmeal (cauli oats) in a 6-serving, shelf-stable bag. Think of your traditional oatmeal, but with a (hidden) veggie.

We offer our 'cauli oats' in two flavors.
1. Apple + Spice: A slight twist on the oatmeal flavor staple. Familiar yet new, it's the perfect flavor to start.
2. Cacao + Coconut: Nostalgia from your childhood cocoa puffs... and yes, it's completely acceptable to have chocolate as part of your breakfast.

We also use sustainable packaging, ingredients, and shipping options.

Brassi Products do not require testing but they do use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products do not contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently has placement in a few retail establishments across Michigan and currently distribute their own products.
