Gen Zaatar specializes in providing top quality East Mediterranean specialties, spices and culinary staples. We team up with small batch producers using responsible production methods and work with US-based experts in food safety and product handling using top quality packaging material.

Gen Zaatar, LLC Products

Classic zaatar, southern Lebanon (Ingredients: Origanum Syriacum, sumac, toasted sesame, sea salt).  This zaatar batch is a 2020 late harvest.  It is sustainably grown and processed in southern Lebanon by "The Good Thymes", air shipped to Detroit, then carefully packed in a certified kitchen by food safety experts, in resealable packages made in the USA.

Gen Zaatar, LLC products do not require testing but they do use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products do not contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently does not have placement in retail establishments, but they are willing to self distribute across Michigan.
