They say necessity is the mother of invention. And that certainly was the case for founder Jessica Mindell. Back in 2009, there weren’t many cereal options for people who were gluten-free, especially granola. When her husband gave up gluten, he was disappointed that he couldn’t find any gluten-free oat-based granolas. This inspired her to create her own delicious line of gluten-free granola.

Jessica’s granola is handmade in small batches and contains wholesome ingredients like ground flax seed and coconut. It’s baked at a low temperature to bring out its natural flavor and crunch and has large clusters that people love to snack on. Jessica’s granola is non-GMO verified, gluten-free certified, kosher (OU D) certified, contains real ingredients and have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Jessica's is also WBENC certified.

Jessica’s Natural Foods mission is to provide delicious, gluten-free granola that’s handmade in small batches. Our granola is gluten-free certified, non-GMO verified and is filled with lots of crunchy clusters. It’s baked at a low temperature to bring out its natural flavor and crunch. It's available in 6 flavors: Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Maple, Almond Cherry, Pecan Almond, Chocolate Hazelnut and Cherry & Berry.

Jessica's gluten-free flour blend and mixes are made with the nutrient dense ancient grain teff, oat flour and omega-rich flax. Teff is considered by many to be a superfood because it is high in protein, fiber, iron and rich in amino acids. Our flour blend and mixes have a delightful mild flavor and incredible texture. It's available in 4 varieties: All-Purpose Flour, Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, Muffin Mix and Chocolate Cake Mix.

Jessica's Natural Foods products do not require testing on their products but do use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently has placement in several retail establishments across Michigan and works with several distributors.
