Knappen Milling Company Products

The flours that we produce are Satin White, Arbutus, & Augusta HA. They work extremely well in cookies, muffins, waffles, pancakes, batter mixes, pretzels, distilling, and extruded products. These flours are bleached to make an exceptional cake flour.

Heavy Bran and Light Bran are base ingredients for bran cereals. They can also be used in snack foods and muffins.

SOTAC® Wheat is raw wheat that has been cleaned using conventional and non-conventional cleaning equipment and is color sorted. It is used in shredded products, snack foods, distilling, malting and is immediately ready for our customers processing.

100% Flaked Wheat, Crushed Wheat, and 100% Cut Wheat are whole wheat products that are used in the cereal and distilling industries, they are base ingredients for some wheat cereals. They can also be used in snack foods, breads, and rolls.

Knappen Milling Company's products do not require testing on their products but they do use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently has placement in retail establishments across Michigan and works with several distributors.
