Mano's Authentic Story

Mano’s Authentic is a specialty snack foods company located in Clinton Township, MI. We had served our Thin-Crust Pita Strips to thousands of people over the years in our family restaurant. The amazing responses to our Thin-Crust Pita Strips inspired us to spin off of the restaurant and launch them into their own snack line for the masses to enjoy. They're currently available in 5 delicious flavors - Original, Garlic Sea Salt, Lemon & Herb, Lightly Salted and Jalapeno. They are great as on-the-go snacks or paired with appetizers, dips, soups and salads. With the proven success of our Thin-Crust Pita Strips, we’re introducing larger Thin-Crust Pita Chips in 10oz chip bags - coming soon in Q2 2021.

Our all new, state-of-the-art production facility allows us to produce the same great taste and quality of small-batch products while still being able to handle high-volume orders for retailers and foodservice partners alike.

Thin-Crust Pita Strips

The company has not completed all necessary tests on their products but do use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently has placement in several retail establishments across Michigan and works with several distributors.
