30+ years ago a friend and I put on meals for GI's who couldn't go home for Christmas. For the last 15 years I've worked on perfecting a flavor I remember from them. After years of requests to make bulgogi, I decided to put myself through manufacturer school at MSU. Now we have been on the market for 4&1/2 years. Growing our business deliberately to scale...then covid hit. We suffered some setbacks but are back at it again. My goals are to go regional.

Soyvsweet then heat.

The company has completed all necessary tests on their products and use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently has placement in several retail establishments across Michigan and self distributes.
