The Salami Chip Co. Story

The founders of The Salami Chip Co. have worked in the catering business for more than 25 years. Early in their careers, they were asked to host a "small plates" event. Inspired by an old Spanish tapas recipe, they made slight modifications and created their version of what they came to call Salami Chips. After years of Salami Chips being their clients' favorite food feature, they decided to package and sell Salami Chips to the general public. Since November 2020, they have been selling their chips directly to consumers through their website and have gained phenomenal early traction and tremendously positive feedback. They are now working to expand their retail distribution while continuing to sell through their website and building relationships with Salami Chip fans all over the country.

We start with thinly-sliced salami and flash fry it to give it some crunch. Voila! The crunchiest protein snack we've ever had!

The Salami Chip is great straight out of the bag but is even better when paired with mustards, jams, pickles, cheeses, and other delectable delights.

Think of it as a ready-to-eat, shelf-stable charcuterie board in a bag. Bring your own dips and discover your favorite combinations!

The company has completed all necessary tests on their products and use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently does not have placement in retail establishments but they are willing to self distribute across Michigan.
