Wurtz Brothers Company Story

On July, 31 2018 we purchased our business license. After twenty years of cooking and the birth of my daughter, I had to reevaluate my life. I wanted to start a company so I could give something back to the world. I want to be able to give people jobs and support my community. I created a great condiment called Tomonion. Tomonion Is a sun-dried tomato and caramelized onion vegetable spread. Everyone who tries it, loves it! We are currently selling it on our web store wurtzbrothers.com. We also have five retailers working with us, Meijer Capital City Market in Lansing, MI, Gormans Market on the west side of Lansing, MI, Dusty’s Cellar, Okemos,MI, Mert’s Specialty Meats in Okemos, MI and Monticello’s Market & Butcher Block, Haslett, MI. We aren’t stopping there. That’s our beginning and this is the future. Our next two flavors are in the PAR testing phase. I am excited to bring to you Tomonion BBQ and Tomonion Spicy Chipotle BBQ. With your help this will be the next phase of growth for our company as we push forward in 2021.

Tomonion Is a gourmet condiment consisting of, sun-dried tomato and Caramelized onion. With the perfect balance of sweet and savory a hint of fresh herbs and a pop of black pepper. Tomonion is great on burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs and epic with fine cheese but your creations are endless!

The company has completed all necessary tests on their products and use the 2016 nutritional values. Their products contain GS1 barcodes. The company currently has placement in a few retail establishments across Central, West, and South East Michigan and self delivers.
