Alumna Katrina Liebich Receives U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Sense of Wonder Award

Katrina Liebich was honored for her outreach work that introduces the science of fisheries management to children and adults.

Katrina (Mueller) Liebich, who received her Ph.D. in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University in 2011, has received the 2016 U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Sense of Wonder Award for excellence in interpretation and environmental education. Katrina is a Fisheries Outreach Coordinator at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, based in Anchorage, AK. She was honored for her outreach work that introduces the science of fisheries management to children and adults. Congratulations Katrina!
